JPU Databases: Home

Access the EBSCO databases:

To access the EDS database in Canvas go to  “Student Resource" on the left-hand margin of each course menu, then click on the blue tab. This will open a new JPU webpage with to the library and other resources. Click on the "Search the Online Library" tab. This will open to a search box in EDS. 

Note: You do not need a password to search within the EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS).  You can choose to create a secure username and password in order to create folders and save searches.

Access to the Elsevier Science Direct Database:

• To search directly from the ScienceDirect database, you can go directly to the database by selecting the link from the databases homepage under Priority and make sure to sign in at the top of the page with the registration details provided by JPU.
